About Me

The name my parents gave me when I entered this world is Brian Cromer. I am saved by Jesus. I am loved by God unconditionally and that is amazing if you take a few minutes to think about it. I am a Tennessean living in Texas right now. I am a youth minister at the Shannon Oaks Church in Sulphur Springs, TX. My family consists of my way-out-of-my-league wife, Heather, and our two dogs, Gaby and Kate. I am a huge sports nut who loves the New York Yankees, the Tennessee Titans, and the University of Tennessee. Thanks for checking out this blog. Bless God.

hmmmm….did you happen to go to Monroe, LA on a mission trip in 2005? And did you cook hamburgers with some crazy guy using a PVC pipe and a spatula?

Steven - Yep, I was in Monroe, LA in 2005 through Group Workcamps. And yes, that was me watching the crazy guy use a spatula attached to PVC pipe to cook hamburgers. Good memory. How did you find this site? Thanks for checking it out.

I came across your site, evidently not by accident.

It’s good I did, I needed the spiritual lift that I got from reading it. Whether you know it or not Brian, your doing a great job ministering to people.
God Bless you and everyone who reads your website!

Hello Brian,

I am happy to see you doing so well and most of all a servant in the Kingdom. I recently got on to your sister’s facebook site. The rumor is she may even write me back to bring me up to date on life with Lesley..lol.

The last I had heard about you was that you had gone on a honeymoon to maybe somewhere in the Carribean??? and that you were going to be a youth minister.

Congratulations on all your journey and I pray it becomes even more fulfilling in the days ahead.
Steve~

Brian — I was looking for the difference between joy and happiness and liked the way you expressed it best. I’ll check back with you now and again and see how you answer other questions that I am searching answers for.
Peace and Blessings on you and yours–
Rev. Phillip
