Oklahoma City - Day 3

Today we had the privilege of going back for the second straight day to GRACE RESCUE MISSION, which is a local outreach for the homeless of Oklahoma City. For the third day in a row, we were able to serve lunch and eat lunch with the homeless. Grace Rescue Mission also has a walk-in medical clinic where people can receive medical care and medicine for free. We were able to help organize and sort a ton of donated medicine. To know that the work we put in today will make it much more efficient and accessible to get people medical attention when they need it is amazing.

Tonight we took a break from our VBS/door-knocking activity to help another church throw a block party. We served snowcones, popcorn, and other goodies. We face painted, ran a bounce house, and organized other carnival-like activities. The students did an amazing job being Jesus today.
