Greetings, Brian. I stumbled across the page here about your zit. I definately qualify for “older than you” since I’m “pushing 60″. Wise advice (or maybe it was consolation in advance) from my mother when she was in her 30’s is that you can still count yourself as “young” if you still get pimples. Maybe that’s more important to us females than it is to the guys, but when you get nearer to mid-life crisis years, we tend to take encouragement however it comes. I also loved the UNICORNITIS reference! I’ll file that in the memory bank & hope I get to use it before senility takes over. The last chuckle I got was linking your blog to your tag line, “thoughts on life, faith, God, sports, culture, and whatever else pops into my brain.” Seems to me like one of those thoughts might be trying to *pop out* of your brain. > Anyways, keep the faith & your sense of humor. – T /// ps: some say it’s an old wive’s tale, but it seems to have made a difference for our girls when they were getting ready for that “big event” (homecoming, prom, graduation, wedding, etc.)… TAKE 2 TUMS twice a day for 3 days prior to the event. The connection must be in the acid-reducing qualities during stressful times. But for the times you do get a breakout, smile and enjoy your “youthful” humanness.

Graham, as you well know, overactive underarm sweat glands can be controlled with a “VENUS” razor and some “SKINTIMATE” shaving gel. Shave those pits and that result of the fall simmers down quite a bit.

Another result of “the fall” would have to be “love handles”. It’s just a very unecessary way to store up love.

SUNBURN… i mean come on. they walked around naked everywhere all day long and there’s nothing in genesis about the skin getting blisters or feeling on fire or turning red. this has to be a post-fall consequence.

I’m sitting here looking at a giant zit and Jesus as a cheetoh…. One GOOD thing that came out of “the fall” is a sense of humor about it!
If we’re going in this direction with such a question, I’d say you topped it!
